Terms and Conditions Statement: The Participant understands and agrees that Culinary Fights Cancer its governing board, employees, agents, and volunteers: (i) are not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or other irregularity which may occur by attending class or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in providing or performing any of the services involved in this class or event; (ii) are not responsible for losses or expenses due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, natural disasters, or other such causes; (iii) are not providing liability insurance for vehicles and will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, etc. in the transportation to and from the class; (iv) by attending a class or event, you allow Culinary Fights Cancer permission to use photographic and/or video images of you for the purpose of marketing Culinary Fights Cancer. Attending class waives any right to be compensated for the use of my image and releases Culinary Fights Cancer from liability for any claims, where such claims arise out of or relate to Culinary Fights Cancer's use of your image. (v) Limitation of Liability - You agree to the fullest extent allowed by law, to release any and all claims you may have against us, our owners, board members, managers, employees, volunteers, and other representatives relating to or arising out of any property damage, personal injury or illness you may incur while attending or participating in class. (vi) I agree to accept communications from Culinary Fights Cancer.
